SEMS Development, Implementation and Maintenance - Ron White assists clients in all phases of SEMS Management system development, implementation and maintenance. Ron White's quality, health, safety and environmental development, implementation and maintenance services can be delivered as an independent third party (I3P) consultant, in house consultant and/or onsite field support.

SEMS Audits – Ron White provides qualified and competent SEMS Auditors and Lead Auditors for Audit Service Providers accredited by the Center for Offshore Safety. Ron White SEMS Auditors and Lead Auditors have comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements, oil and gas operations and Management System expectations.
Competence Management including Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSA) assessments – Ron White performs Knowledge Skills and Abilities assessments to measure and document if personnel have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform assigned duties and safe work practices in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
Contractor Evaluations – Ron White personnel possess the necessary expertise to effectively evaluate workers according to industry standards. Ron White assists in contractor selection processes, evaluation of contractor’s safety records and environmental performance, assessments of contractor Safe Work Practices, establishment of bridging (contractual) agreements establishing responsibilities regarding safety and environmental policies and procedures as well as performing knowledge skill and abilities (KSA) assessments of contractor personnel.
